INVERTED TISSUE CULTURE MICROSCOPE ( PZQ-105)

Inverted Microscope Model PZQ-105 is a basic tool for the live- culture investigator embodying basic needs including comfortable & convenient peration. It finds vast application in Cancer Research. Sirology, Urology, Histology, Sexology, Virology, Parasitology, Microbiology & also in areas of air & water pollution. This economically designed instruments having all features required by biological scientists. It can also be used for phase contrast microscopy to impart normally colorless transparent specimen with enough contrast to permit clear examination of living bacteria, cells & tissues

Base:	Large & sturdy base provides stability to microscope, & houses the transformer & electricals.
Stage:	Oversize plain stage 180mm x 150mm with two extension plates 150mm x 65mm for large bottles & Microsoft work. Two stage clips are provided in drilled holes to accommodate specimen upto 40mm. A removable central insert gives 65 mm dia stage aperture. Choice of two mechanical stages are also available as optional:< br /> Co-axial, cross movement mechanical stage 180mm x 150mm. Low positioned co-axial mechanical stage 180mm x 150mmwith three different aperture plates (as shown in photograph).
Illumination:	Based on Koehler system is provided by a post-mounted high intensity high intensity 6 volts 20 watts Halogen illuminator, powered from base built in variable intensity controlled transformer. The lamp house incorporating a focusable condenser lens with iris diaphragm & filter-carrier is mounted on a pole on which it can be positioned up or down to accommodate any type of culture vessel in a vertical range of 140 mm working distance lens is 20mm
Coarse Focusing:	Two large focus knobs located low down at a convenient position assure accurate focusing. The back- lash free rack & pinion mechanism has 18mm range.
Fine Focusing:	Highly sensitive based on screw-lever mechanism reading to 0.002mm.
Nosepiece:	Quadruple revolving turrent nosepiece with positive click stops
Binocular Hea:	The binocular observation tube assembled from coated prisms is 30 degree inclined, with eyepiece position 280mm raised above the desk surface for greater comfort to the observer. It is interchangeable with Monocular Tube& Trinocular Head (optional).
Objectivess:	Achromatic 5x, 10x, LWD 20x & LWD 40x.Phase Contrast Specially designed perfect flat-field objectives with long working distance corrected for bottom thickness of bottles, flasks or chambers
Eye Piece:	HWF 10x (paired) with eye-guards, for genuine wide-field observation
