Body:	Inverted microscope body with integrated camera port for camera attachment. Infinity corrected optical system. Front panel control for power and switching between diascopic and epi fluorescence illumination. Ergonomic construction with tilt pillar mechanism. Dust cover included.
Observation Support:	Bright Field, Phase Contrast and Fluorescence observation. Expandable platform supporting Differential Interference Contrast (DIC), Pseudo 3D observation, on-stage top incubator and spindle observation modules. Eco-illumination system with fly-eye lens ensuring uniform light distribution.
Head:	Binocular Siedentopf eyepiece tube inclined at 35°. Interpupillary distance adjustable from 50–75 mm. Light distribution ratio between eyepiece and camera port: 100/0 and 20/80.
Eyepiece:	Paired, high eye point WF 10X, FOV-22mm, multilayered coated, high quality, good contrast, abrasion free, aplanatic, precentered, diopter adjustment on both eyepiece (±5mm)
Nosepiece:	Sextuple revolving nosepiece with slot for DIC prism accommodating up to six objectives.
Condenser:	Universal turret condenser with minimum 7 positions including phase contrast rings and DIC compatibility. Suitable for Bright Field, Phase Contrast and DIC observation. Extra-long working distance condenser lens (NA 0.29, WD ≥75 mm) accommodating large vessels. Upgrade capability to condenser NA 0.52 with working distance 30 mm.
LED Illumination:	High-intensity white scientific-grade LED illumination with uniform brightness distribution. Power consumption approximately 25W. Cool white illumination with lifetime 40,000 hours.
Focusing:	Manual focusing mechanism with coarse stroke 5.0 mm per rotation and fine stroke 0.1 mm per rotation or better. Adjustable coarse motion torque and refocusing mechanism.
Mechanical Stage:	Rectangular attachable mechanical XY stage with handle. with dimensions of 250 × 160 mm. Scratch-proof stage surface with anti-corrosive coating. Stage movement range 114 mm (X) × 73 mm (Y). Adjustable XY stroke limit. Universal holder with ring holder set and 96-well plate clamper.
Objective:	Long Working Distance (LWD) objectives for Bright Field, Phase Contrast and Fluorescence applications: • Achromat 10×, NA 0.25, WD 6.2 mm (Phase)• Achromat 20×, NA 0.40, WD 3.1 mm (Phase)• Achromat 40×, NA 0.55, WD 2.1 mm (Phase)• Plan Fluor ELWD 60×, NA 0.70, WD 2.6–1.7 mm with correction ring for Bright Field, Phase and Fluorescence.
Fluorescence Attachment:	Epi-fluorescence rotating filter turret integrated with microscope body. Four-position filter cube turret with noise-terminator mechanism. LED fluorescence illumination from same manufacturer with wavelengths 385 nm, 470 nm, 525 nm and 625 nm. Fluorescence filter sets: DAPI, FITC, TRITC and CY5. LED lifetime15,000 hours. Illumination power reproducibility feature enabling replication of previously used wavelength intensity settings.
